Tread4 consulting is currently seeking several high energy sales and business development executives to grow key markets and industry verticals throughout major markets in North America. The individuals in these positions will be able to identify and build relationships with prospective clients in their region or vertical and grow consulting, project and managed service revenues within the assigned market(s). The individuals will be an integral part of the organization’s business development and sales team and must be able to demonstrate structured and repeatable sales process acumen in various environments. These positions have high earnings and growth potential. Only those sales professionals who have a documented history of over achieving goals and quotas and consider themselves “among the best” and are interested in growing both the company’s revenue and their personal incomes to remarkable levels need apply.
Responsibilities
- Advocating for and providing solutions for our clients and prospects
- Fostering new relationships, growing new revenue and clients.
- Generate creative solutions to client business and technical challenges.
- Actively develop long term relationships with client executives.
- Build sales pipeline through the identification, prioritization and qualification of business opportunities.
- Sell full range of services in each practice area utilizing solution and consultative selling strategies.
- Develop and communicate a broad understanding of company vision, capabilities messages and credentials.
- Work with sales management and solution delivery executives to marshal necessary resources and/or technical support for sales efforts.
